It shall be the duty of the Accrediting Board to ascertain that those interested in performing as a professional actor meet the requirements established in this chapter. The accreditation process shall take place at least once a month on the day and at the place determined by the Accrediting Board. The summons shall be made at least seven (7) days prior to the established date. Should an extraordinary situation arise, the Accrediting Board may meet to attend to that situation regardless of whether it has had its monthly accreditation meeting.
