§ 3113. Licenses—Speech-language therapist

Any person who aspires to practice the profession of speech-language therapist shall, in addition to complying with the requirements established in § 3112 of this title, have obtained a bachelor’s degree in speech therapy or its equivalent from a university accredited by the Council on Higher Education if the same operates in Puerto Rico, or in an institution recognized by a national accrediting body if it is located in any of the states of the United States of America, or recognized by the Board if it is located in another country.
