§ 557. Segregated parcels freed from taxes

The parcels of land already acquired, or that may hereafter be acquired, by the Land Authority of Puerto Rico, through segregation from larger properties, under purchase agreements, in order to carry out Title V of the Land Law of Puerto Rico, approved April 12, 1941, subsequently amended, are hereby freed from all taxes in force thereon, including the taxes for attachments made by the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico for the collection of income taxes.
