The Land Authority is hereby directed to start rice sowing on a commercial scale on those lands suitable for this crop. The Agricultural Experiment Station of the Mayagüez University Campus shall provide the Land Authority with all available information regarding the production of rice on a commercial scale and it shall also supply the technical advice that is needed and required for such purposes.
