§ 31l. Disposal and lease of property or buildings no longer of public use—Grouping and segregation of lands

To fulfill the purposes of §§ 31—31o of this title the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works is hereby empowered to group and segregate lands of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico which may cease to be of public utility.
