§ 28. Lease contracts of land for parking purposes and holding of cultural, civic or religious activities—Preferential right not applicable

The provisions on preference contained in Act No. 441 of May 14, 1947, as amended, and Act No. 182 of May 5, 1949, shall not apply as to the granting of permits made by the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works under the provisions of §§ 26—30 of this title.
