§ 20. Lease of parks and other places of recreation—Authorization and exceptions

The Secretary of Sports and Recreation is hereby authorized to lease, under certain conditions, all parks and other places of public recreation and sport activities of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, with the exception of the lands and facilities of beaches and bathing resorts.
