The Secretary of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the Chair of the Planning Board are hereby directed to conduct the pertinent studies to identify and make an inventory of the flora, fauna, and geological and archaeological value of the site once the limits to the area comprising Las Cabachuelas have been set.
