§ 5022. Piedras de Collado Natural Reserve Act—Application of laws and regulations

The management agreement established between he Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER) and the Conservation Trust of Puerto Rico, as provided for in § 5021 of this title, shall include all statutory and regulatory aspects concerning the administration and use of the natural reserve hereby created, including but not limited to the application of the following statutory and regulatory provisions:

(a) Sections 1225 et seq. of this title, known as the “Puerto Rico Natural Patrimony Program Act”.

(b) Act No. 9 of June 18. 1970, known as the “Environmental Public Policy Act of Puerto Rico”.

(c) Sections 191 et seq. of this title, known as the “Puerto Rico Forest Act”.

(d) Sections 107 et seq. of this title, known as the “New Wildlife Act of Puerto Rico”.

(e) Zoning Code No. 4 of the Planning Board.

(f) Regulations on the Declaration of Environmental Impact of the Environmental Quality Board.

(g) Water Quality Standards Regulations of the Environmental Quality Board.

(h) Regulations for the Conservation and Management of Wild Fauna, Exotic Species and Hunting in the Commonwealth.

(i) Regulations to Govern the Management of Vulnerable and Endangered Species, of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER).

(j) Sections 4001 et seq. of Title 21, known as the “Autonomous Municipalities Act”.

(k) Sections 6301 et seq. of Title 23, known as the “Puerto Rico Ecotourism Act”.
