The Chairperson of the Planning Board is hereby directed to declare “El Caño” or “Ciénaga” as a natural reserve, subject to the other provisions established in this chapter. In order to conserve the area in its natural state, the Secretary of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources is hereby directed to prohibit hunting in said sector.
