§ 1320s. Demonstration projects

(a) The Authority shall develop recycling demonstration projects in different geographic areas of Puerto Rico. Rural and urban areas, the different socioeconomic levels, multistory buildings, and government agencies, shall be considered. Sidewalk and collection center collecting method shall be explored.
