§ 1313. Bonds—Commonwealth shall not be liable

With the exception of those bonds of the Authority whose payment is secured by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, bonds issued by the Authority shall not constitute a debt of the Commonwealth nor shall any of its political subdivisions be liable for the same; nor shall the bonds or their accrued interest be payable from any funds not pledged for such payment, pursuant to the provisions of § 1305(q) of this title.
