§ 623. Rights of way

The banks of navigable lakes which are under cultivation are subject to a right of way for salvage in case of shipwreck, in accordance with the provisions of the law of ports relating to property adjoining the sea, and to a right of way for loading and unloading, mooring of vessels, and other navigation services at such points as the authorities may designate.
