P.R. Laws tit. 12, § 216c
The zoning of the lands of the Ecological Corridor shall be according to the qualification and classification established and approved by the Planning Board in the Territorial Ordinance Plan of the Municipality of San Juan, as long as same is granted the maximum protection of the law for the purposes set forth herein.
The following properties, according to their cadastre number in the Municipal Revenues Collection Center, shall maintain the zoning of R-1 in effect, and after approval of the Territorial Ordinance Plan of the Municipality of San Juan, shall be classified and qualified as set forth in said Ordinance:

The foregoing properties shall not be subject to the process of seizing as long as they comply with and maintain the special zonification set forth in this chapter.
