§ 25b. Jurisdiction

It is hereby declared that the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall have jurisdiction over the territorial sea of the Island of Puerto Rico and the islands that politically belong to it. The territorial sea shall extend to up to twelve (12) miles from the limit of the low-tide line or from the baselines established under international principles of law.
