§ 2513. Use of results in administrative, civil or criminal procedures

No positive result of the controlled substances detection tests administered by an agency may be used as evidence in an administrative, civil or criminal process against the official or employee, except when the results or the procedure used in the test through which the results were obtained, are challenged.
