§ 2193. Self-incrimination

Any person who invokes his constitutional privilege against self-incrimination can be compelled to produce the information required by the agency, through a judicial order issued by the Court of First Instance, in which case the court shall order that said information cannot be used in any criminal procedure against the person who furnished the information.
