§ 2170. Payment of interest

Every order of an administrative entity which orders the payment of money shall include interest on the amount imposed from the date on which payment was ordered until such order is complied with at the rate established by regulation by the Finance Board for civil judgments, and as certified by the Commissioner of Puerto Rico Institutions and which is in effect at the time of the decision.
