§ 2166. Termination; notification

If the agency concludes or decides not to initiate or continue an adjudicatory procedure in a particular case, it shall terminate the procedure and shall notify the parties of its determination, the grounds therefor and the available recourse for review, in writing, by certified mail with return receipt requested, including the warnings provided in § 2164 of this title.
