§ 2162. Hearing—Docketed; suspension

The official that presides the adjudicatory process cannot suspend a docketed hearing unless it is requested in writing and states the causes that justify said suspension. Said application shall be submitted five (5) days before the date of said hearing. The petitioner shall send copies of his petition to the other parties and intervenors in the procedure, within the five (5) days indicated above.
