§ 2123. Public hearings

The agencies may call for public hearings at their discretion or if their organic act or any other act makes it mandatory to do so.

A taped or stenographic record of the hearing may be made. The presiding official shall prepare a report for the agency’s consideration containing a summary of the oral comments that are made during the hearing.
