Any party adversely affected by a decision, determination, order or resolution of the Advocate, issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and of any other law under his jurisdiction, may request reconsideration and a judicial review, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of this title, known as the “Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Uniform Administrative Procedures Act.”
