§ 99u. Special Independent Prosecutor’s Panel—Independence of the position

In the exercise of the faculties and powers specified in §§ 99h—99z of this title, no Special Prosecutor shall be subject to the authority or supervision of the officials or agencies of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, except as provided in §§ 99h—99z of this title.
