All the government agencies involved in the projects presented under the provisions of this chapter, and from which the Planning Board requests comments and/or endorsements, shall have a non-deferrable term of five (5) working days from the request for comments and/or endorsements, to present their endorsement or opposition to the request to be evaluated. Should no answer be received, after said term of five (5) working days has elapsed, the proposal shall be deemed as endorsed.
This transaction shall be carried out at the Expedited Transactions Center of the Planning Board.
