§ 1453c. Employees who are not organized in unions

The employees who have not organized in unions, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall continue to be covered with respect to all their rights and obligations in their employment by the Public Service Personnel Act, supra, as well as by any other law that grants them a specific right or benefit.

The conditions of employment, salary and other benefits of the employees who have not organized in unions shall be established by the Legislature.
