§ 1452s. Public Service Labor Relations Commission—Action of the members as examining officials

The members of the Commission may act as examining officials in any case that the Chairperson deems convenient, and as established by regulations. The member who has acted as examining official in a case shall not be prevented from participating in the procedures of the Commission in full.
