§ 1451n. Negotiation of collective bargaining agreements—Procedure in the case of failure to ratify

(a) In the event that the employees fail to ratify a collective bargaining agreement, it shall be submitted again to the parties for additional negotiations. Once the parties have reached new agreements, they shall proceed pursuant to § 1451m of this title.
