§ 992. Implementation

The Office of Management and Budget shall be responsible, pursuant to the public policy established in the present chapter, for managing the information systems and for implementing the standards and procedures relative to the use of information technologies at the government level, while offering advice to agencies, updating and developing electronic government transactions, and ascertaining the proper working order thereof.
