§ 927f. Penalties

Every natural or juridical person carrying out any work in violation of this chapter shall not be compensated for any work whatsoever carried out in said work and shall be under the obligation to return all compensation received for work carried out in said work. It shall also be under the obligation to demolish and remove whatever was built unlawfully, upon request of the Commonwealth, and also to compensate the Commonwealth for any damages suffered, if any.
