§ 830f. Special Permanent Commission—Per diems and travel expenses

The Commission’s members who represent the Legislature will be reimbursed their per diems and travel expenses, as provided by law when they attend meetings of Legislative Committees, for each day they attend meetings of the Commission or when they attend to official matters of the Commission individually or as a group. The Chairman of the Commission shall issue the corresponding certificates in each case. To such effects, the President of each House is hereby empowered to authorize the payment of said reimbursements.

The members of the Commission for the Retirement Systems, for the Pensioners Association and for the Association of Commonwealth Employees and the two (2) members who represent the public interest have the right to be reimbursed for per diems and travel expenses up to fifty (50) dollars per day for expenses incurred for attending meetings or while engaged in official business. These expenses shall be charged to the Special Account according to §§ 830-830i of this title.
