§ 794. Payment of pensions and annuities suspended during government employment—Construction with other laws

The provisions of §§ 792-794 of this title shall not eliminate or restrict provisions carried in laws or retirement plans applicable to specific groups of public employees or officers, prohibiting the receiving of a retirement or pension annuity, under circumstances not indicated in §§ 792-794 of this title. The provisions carried in the said laws or retirement or pension plans shall subsist as a supplement to the provisions of §§ 792-794 of this title, save when in conflict with the provisions hereof.
