The Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and its agencies, instrumentalities, public corporations and political subdivisions are bound to offer due guidance on the import of this chapter, and on the rights thereby granted to all employees leaving their positions to enter upon active service in the Armed Forces.
