§ 711h. Certification of payrolls; definition of irregular services

Every salary payroll for irregular services rendered to the Government of Puerto Rico shall be certified by the official, employee or person who directly supervises the personnel who render such irregular services, and said certification shall constitute a sworn affirmation entailing the liabilities established in §§ 711-711k of this title.

Irregular services shall be understood to mean those services rendered by the personnel who perform duties and responsibilities of a determinable duration when the conditions or the nature of the work make it impracticable to create positions, as this term is defined in the Personnel Act.
