Upon the taking effect of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the functions, powers and duties of the Executive Secretary, the Attorney General, the Treasurer and the Commissioners of Education, Labor, Interior, Health, and Agriculture and Commerce are hereby transferred to and shall be performed for the same salary by the Secretaries of State, Justice, Treasury, Education, Labor, Public Works, Health, and Agriculture and Commerce, respectively. The Secretary of State shall, in addition, fulfill any other duties that may be assigned to him by the Governor.
