§ 703. Leaves of absence—Included personnel

The provisions relative to leaves of absence contained in the Personnel Rules adopted pursuant to Act No. 345 of May 12, 1947, as amended, shall be extended to the officers and employees who up to the present have not been subject to said rules, except the officers of the Executive Branch appointed by the Governor, those of the Legislative Branch and those covered by special laws or by special regulations or collective agreements of instrumentalities or public corporations in connection with accumulation, granting and use of leaves of absence.
