§ 692. Committee for Promotion of Patents and Registration of Discoveries—Sale of patent rights; hearing for inventor

Whenever the Committee receives an offer to sell or make any transaction with the patent rights or registrations obtained according to § 689 of this title, by permitting their use or utilization by other persons or entities, in agreement with the inventor or discoverer, it shall negotiate the terms and conditions of the transaction according to the stipulations in §§ 685—695b of this title and the lien that may exist on the patent granted.
