The sum of seventy five thousand dollars ($75,000) is hereby appropriated, from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury, to the Office of the Governor for the 1979-80 fiscal year. In subsequent years, the sums needed shall be set aside annually in the General Budget of Expenditures of La Fortaleza.
