§ 294. Office of Comptroller Affairs—Creation; Director

The Office of Comptroller Affairs is hereby created in the Department, to operate under the general supervision of the Secretary and the immediate direction of a Director designated by the Secretary.

The Director shall be a prosecutor or an attorney with a designation as a special prosecutor with a minimum six (6)-year experience in the practice of the legal profession, preferably in the field of Criminal Law or criminal litigation. The Secretary shall appoint prosecutors and attorneys designated as special prosecutors, who shall have all the attributions and powers of a prosecutor, to render services in this Office.
