§ 211l-7. Support for the Elderly Act—Subrogation

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 568 of Title 31, the Department of the Family is hereby authorized to be subrogated to the right of the elderly to receive support from the person or persons judicially obligated to provide for them, according to §§ 561—570 of Title 31, in those cases in which the Family Services Program provides the following services:

(a) Housekeeper;

(b) day care;

(c) substitute home, and

(d) any other that implies payment for services.
