§ 9151. Prohibition on retroactive claims upon the expiration of the effective term of this Act

Except as provided in § 9117(c) of this title on cash liquidations of vacation and sick leaves accrued in excess, any commitment or obligation that has been temporarily suspended during the effective term of this Act shall not be retroactively claimed, nor shall constitute any credit whatsoever, once the same becomes ineffective.
