§ 199. Internal revenue stamps for construction plans—Secretary to keep registry of plans

The Secretary of Health shall cancel the internal revenue stamps and shall keep a registry wherein to enter, in correlative number, the plans presented, of both classes, and the internal revenue stamps cancelled.
