The Head of the Agency shall notify supervisors that, as part of their job requirements, they shall be monitored in order to verify their conduct.
It shall be the duty of the agency to act on such complaints promptly; therefore, the person investigating any filed complaints must have the necessary education, training, and experience to guarantee a respectful, diligent, reasonable, and comprehensive process. Moreover, such person must also have the ability to determine with credibility that, in fact, an incident of harassment occurred and to impose the appropriate remedy, the corrective, and/or disciplinary action.
