The investigation process shall require the prosecution to create a file containing sworn statements, as well as any other necessary evidence obtained in the aggrieved party’s workplace. Thus, the investigation protocol must be uniform, of the highest level of confidentiality, and contain guidelines regarding the form and manner of examining the aggrieved party.
