The Office of Management and Budget of the Government of Puerto Rico is hereby empowered to draw up any regulations and/or guidelines deemed necessary for the implementation of this act within thirty (30) days following the approval thereof, without being subject to §§ 2101 et seq. of this title, known as the “Uniform Administrative Procedures Act”.
