§ 8861. Responsibility of the agencies, departments, and entities of the Executive Branch

Each Internal Auditor of the agencies, departments, and entities of the Executive Branch shall, hereafter, report directly to the Office, except for internal auditors attached to public corporations. However, their compensation shall be defrayed from the budget of each agency, department, or government entity to which they belong.
