§ 8856. Records

In the course of business, no documentation or records shall be viewed or reviewed by third parties. The results of audits, studies, evaluations, and investigations shall be made public, unless the information included therein is either confidential or exempt from public disclosure by provision of law.

The Director of the Office shall maintain the confidentiality of public records that need to be confidential and shall be subject to the same penalties as the custodian of said documents if confidentiality statutes are violated.
