§ 3533. Penalty for disobedience

The disobedience of a writ of injunction shall be punished as contempt of court by the court.

The court may issue a warrant of arrest on being convinced upon an affidavit of the violation, and the court may sentence, at its discretion, such person to pay a fine not to exceed five hundred (500) dollars, and to make immediate reparation to the person so injured, and to give a larger bond for the compliance of the injunction, or in default of which the person may be incarcerated for a time not to exceed six (6) months.
