§ 3492. Courts authorized to issue

The Supreme Court and the Circuit Court of Appeals are hereby authorized and empowered to issue writs of certiorari only under the terms and situations provided in the “Puerto Rico Judiciary Act of 1994”, and in the Rules of Civil, Criminal and Minors’ Affairs Procedures.
