§ 3241f. Court or other authority for certain functions of arbitration assistance or supervision

The functions referred to in §§ 3243a, 3243c, 3243d, 3244, and 3248 of this title shall be performed by the Court of First Instance, Superior Part, in the municipality of Puerto Rico where the place of arbitration is located, in the courtroom of a superior judge.
