Notice of the motion to reverse, modify or correct an award shall be served on the opposing party or his counsel within the three (3) months following the delivery of a copy of the award to the party or his counsel. Said serving of notice shall be made in the manner prescribed by law for the serving of notice of motions in a lawsuit.
